TBYA Temporarily Suspended

Due to low attendance at all the 2014 Theravada Buddhist Young Adults (TBYA) meetings, it has been decided to temporarily suspend the TBYA discussion group. Thank you to all who have nurtured and supported TBYA during its first life, especially Ma Sanda and Ko Thet.

Panel discussion on "What do you want to become?

Discussion will relate to future plans and ambitions of young adults in high school and college, and touch on Right Livelihood.  It will provide you with food for thought about planning your future no matter how old you are. Learn why the Buddhist concept of becoming is paradoxical. Panelists will relate their wisdom from observing the becoming behavior of people they have known.
